摘要 研究了在非离子表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,pH=5的NaAc-HAc缓冲介质中,Zn(Ⅱ)与双硫腙(HD2)形成稳定的络合物,其最大吸收波长为540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.75×104,Zn2+含量在0~16μg/25ml范围内遵守比耳定律。建立了在水相测定微量锌的方法。 A research is carried out for a stable complex formed by Zn(Ⅱ) and dithizone (HD 2) as the non ion surface active agent Tween 80 exists, i.e, in the buffering medium NaAc HAC having its pH=5, with maxwavelength absorption being 540 nm, with apparent Mole absorbance coefficent being 9.75×10, Zn 2+ and the amount contained in the range of 0 ̄16 μg/25 ml which complies with Bear law. The paper thus establishes the method through which a micro amount of Zn can be measured in aqueous phase.
