蒸汽管回转干燥机在硫精砂干燥中的应用

Application of rotary steam tube dryer in drying pyrite concentrate

主要介绍蒸汽管回转干燥机的结构及1200 t／d硫精砂干燥机的设计。与传统采用热风作为干燥介质的回转窑式干燥机相比,蒸汽管回转干燥机采用硫酸废热发电系统抽出的低压蒸汽作为干燥介质,热源稳定,节省用煤,并且不产生新的硫污染。试验表明,当物料w(H2O)低于15％时,处理量和干燥强度基本在设计范围内,载气温度110～123℃,相当安全。

The structure of rotary steam tube dryer and the design of 1 200 t/d pyrite concentrate dryer are introduced. In contrast with the traditional rotary drier that used hot air as drying medium, the rotary steam tube dryer used low-pressure steam drawn from waste heat generation system of sulphuric acid plant as drying medium. With this more steady heat supply, coal could be saved without extra sulphur pollution. The test showed that throughput and drying intensity were within the design range and the carrier gas temperature was between 110 ℃ and 123 ℃ when H2O content of material was 〈 15 wt%. The system was very safe.
