温热环境对旱养商品代三水白鸭生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 180只1日龄商品代三水白鸭随机分为2个处理(水养组和旱养组),每个处理组3个重复,每重复30只,公母各半。试验分别在夏季和冬季进行。结果表明:在夏季,42日龄旱养组体重显著低于水养组,在第5、6周龄时料肉比水养组显著低于旱养组;冬季水养组能更好的发挥早期增重快的优势,但旱养组与水养组的42日龄体重没有显著差异,整个饲养期旱养组具有较高的日增重;除了夏季全净膛率旱养组显著高于水养组外,两季旱养组三水白鸭的其它屠体品质指标与水养组均无显著差异。 One hundred and eighty 1-day-age commercial Sanshui white ducks (SWD)were assigned into 2 treatments (control group and dry-feeding system group)randomly. The experiment was conducted in summer and winter separately. The results showed that:In summer,the 42-day-age weight of SWD on the dry-feeding system was lower than control group. The feed conversion efficiency of the dry-feeding system group was lower than control group in the 5~ and 6^th weeks significantly. In winter,the superiority of rapid growing ability in early stage of SWD could be achieved on traditional feeding system,however there was no significant difference in market weight between the two groups. There were no significant differences in slaughter quality between the two groups both in summer and in winter,except for eviscerated weight in summer.
