蛋鸡传染性鼻炎病原的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of the Pathogen of Infectious Coryza in Layers

对50例以打喷嚏、咳嗽、头部肿胀为主要特征的蛋鸡病例进行了病原分离,通过染色镜检、生化试验、凝集试验、动物回归试验确诊该病是由A型、C型等副鸡嗜血杆菌感染引起的鸡传染性鼻炎。

Pathogenic bacteria of fifty cases was isolated from layers characterized by sneezing,coughing,head swelling layers. With dying and chromatoscope examining,biochemistry test,agglutination test and animal regression test, thse cases were diagnosed as avian infectious coryza,which was mainly caused by type A and type C of Haemophilus avium.
