五种菌株组合发酵稻草对肉鸭的饲养效果

摘要 以稻草为原料,利用纤维素分解菌RC-2、淀粉分解菌C-24、生香菌R-3、氮素转化菌S4、产酸菌XJ按3∶4∶2∶2∶4的比例组合后,按稻草重量的20%的比例加入菌种,水分60%,30℃下发酵10d,测定发酵产物的营养成分,按3%~3.5%的比例,配制配合饲料,饲喂肉鸭。试验表明,发酵后产物中蛋白含量提高了约4倍,粗纤维含量降低了约1倍。肉鸭饲养试验证明,试验鸭和对照鸭饲养效果一致。 With rice straw as raw material in this experiment,the five strains of cellulose-decomposed bacterium RC-2, amylum-decomposed bacterium C-24,savory bacterium R-3,nitrogen-transformed bacterium S4,acid-inducing bacterium XJ were combined in proportion of 3:4:2:2:4. The mixture of strains were added to straw,and accounted for 20% of straw weight. The fermentation and culturing lasted for 10 days under the conditions of 60% moisture, natural pH,and 30℃ temperature. The nutritional ingredient analysis of rice straw was conducted respectively before and after fermentation. The fermented product was used to prepare mixed feed for meat duck according to a proportion of 3% to 3.5%. The study indicated that -after the fermentation the content of protein in the product increased by about 4 times while that of crude fiber decreased about half the original. The breeding experiment showed that feeding effect was consistent for experiment groups and control group.
