摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下,工资的确定不能违背马克思提出的劳动力商品的价值学说,劳动者的工资仍然是劳动力价值的货币表现。同时,劳动者的工资还将受地区、行业、职业、个人能力及相关素质的影响而显得不平衡。马克思的劳动力商品理论是当今保障劳动者工资收入权益,构建和谐工资关系的重要理论基础。
