摘要
针对传统疲劳寿命预测误差较大的问题,提出了将隶属函数应用于疲劳寿命预测的新方法,并建立了基于隶属函数的疲劳寿命预测模型.该摸型考虑了低于疲劳极限的应力所带来的损伤作用,实例对比分析表明:所建立的预测模型具有精度高、适用性强、使用方便的特点,是一种实用有效的预测方法.
Deviation of tradition fatigue lifetime prediction is bigger. A new fatigue lifetime prediction method is given and the fatigue lifetime prediction models are set up based on membership function. Models consider the impairing effect stresses below weary limit. Contrasting analysis of the project instantiality indicates: the prediction models which are set up , with typical high precision, wide applicability and convenient application, are a useful prediction methods.
