氯沙坦和依那普利逆转高血压病心脏重构作用比较

Carolioprotective effects of Losartan and Inepril on cardiac remolding in Primary hypertensive patrents

目的观察氯沙坦、依那普利降压疗效及逆转心脏重构的作用。方法高血压病人110例(男68例,女42例;年龄57a±s10a)采用氯沙坦50～150mg·d^(-1)(分1～2次口服)×8wk,依那普利10～20mg·d^(-1)(分1～2次口服)×8wk后观察降压疗效;对其中58例伴左室肥大及左房肥大都连续服药24wk,以彩色多普勒超声心动图观察心脏重构有否改善。结果氯沙坦和依那普利均能降低左室收缩压和外周动脉血压,均能显著逆转高血压病人心脏重构作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Losartan and Inepril on reducing hypertension and cardial remolding in hypertensive Patients. Methods 110 patients with primary hypertension （ M 68, F 42 ; age 57a ＋ s10a） were treated with Losartan 50 - 150 mg ·d^-1, po （ divided into once or two times ） for 8 wk, Inepril 10 - 20 ·d^-1, po （divided into once or two times ） for 8 wk, to observe the effect of reducing hepertension, 58 patients complicates with left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH） and left artrial dimension （LAD） took continuosly the drug for 24 wk, and observed with the color Doppler echocardio graphy the left ventricular remoleling improved or not . Results Both Lorsartan and Inepril are significantly reduce blood pressure, while can also obviously improve hypertensive patients cardiac remolding.
