抵抗素与动脉粥样硬化 被引量：3

摘要 抵抗素最初被认为是联系肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和2型糖尿病的新型脂肪细胞因子。但随后的研究发现抵抗素在人体主要参与炎症和免疫反应。动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性炎症性过程,体外研究提示抵抗素可能参与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。本文就抵抗素参与动脉粥样硬化的具体机制作一综述。
