犬尿氨酸代谢与血压调节

摘要 色氨酸犬尿氨酸代谢通路涉及一系列酶促反应,生成多种具有生物活性的化合物,参与许多病理生理过程。近年来发现其代谢途径中犬尿氨酸酶、犬尿氨酸氨基转移酶的催化反应产物可能与血压的调节有关。本文就目前色氨酸犬尿氨酸代谢通路与血压调节关系的相关研究进行论述。 The kynurenine , the main product of tryptophan kynurenine pathway degradation , have been shown to be involved in many diverse physiological and pathological processes by a cascade of enzymatic steps containing several biologically active compounds. Recently , it has been found that the catalytic reaction of kynureninase and kynurenine aminotransferase may participate in blood pressure regulation mechanisms . This review summarizes recent findings on the relationship between kynurenine metabolic pathway and blood pressure regulation.
