摘要
以壳聚糖、迷迭香等纯天然原料为主要成分,制成了一种多功能的可食性食品保鲜膜。并研究了此保鲜膜对樱桃的保鲜效果,结果表明:其同时具有抑制呼吸、抗氧化、抑菌、降低烂果率等多项功能且效果良好。樱桃经处理后,常温(25±3℃)下贮藏期可延长19 d以上。
A kind of multifunctional edible food-film is prepared mainly with some natural materials like chitosan and rosemary. It has the functions of breath-suppression, antioxidation bacteriasuppression and rotten-rate suppression. The result to deal the cherry shows that the storage period can be extended more than 19 days in normal temperature (25±3℃).
