基于超声的脂肪肝定量诊断的研究与实现

Study on quantitative diagnose to the fatty liver based on ultrasonic theory

采用以背向散射积分(IBS)为基础的声学密度定量(AD)方法,通过HP-5500型彩超仪对人体肝脏不同诊断指标的测量,获得了实物声学密度定量的参数,采用加权的模式对不同诊断指标进行加权处理,达到对基于超声的脂肪肝的定量诊断的目的。该方法提高了对脂肪肝定性分析的准确率和脂肪肝定量分析标准化率。

Taking the integrated backscatter fIBS） as the basic acoustic ＂densitometry fAD） measurement method, the different hepatic indexes are tested out with HP-5500 body color Doppler sonography, and quantitative parameters of acoustic densitometry are obtained from the practicality. Being dealt with the weighted motes, different indexes are used to diagnose the fatty liver basing on the ultrasound theory. The method improves both the accuracy of quantitative analysis and the standardized rate of quantitative analysis to the fatty liver. K
