摘要
生产线监控系统对数据采集和传递的实时性有很高的要求。本文基于RFID技术,采用JMS作为通信机制,XML作为消息栽体,并利用实时数据库和关系数据库建立了一种消息驱动的实时生产线监控系统。该系统提供了准确、可视、实时的信息流,是企业生产过程优化和正确决策的基础。
The production monitoring system has a high real- time requirement for the data gathering and transmission.In this paper,a message drive real-time monitoring system based on RFID technology,JMS/XML components,real-time database and relational database was discussed.The system can provide accurate,visible,real-time information flow which was the bedrock for the optimization of production process and enterprise decision-making.
