摘要
结合一个具体机器人进行精密装配的任务,配备了用于该装配任务的视觉系统,针对视觉系统精度不能实现一次装配到位的情况,提出使用粗精两级图像测量的装配方法,以提高视觉系统的测量精度,从而为提高装配任务中的定位精度作出保障。
The essay combines a given task of robot assembly,e- quipping a visual system used in the given task of robot assem- bly,and saying that it is impossible to directly reach a positioning precision in vision positioning by one step.The essay uses the method of two-grade image measure to enhance the measure pre- cision in image measure system as well as to give a insurance to the positioning precision in assembly task.
