高能球磨法细化合金钢粉末工艺的研究

摘要 高能球磨法是制备超细粉体的一种重要方法,但对不同的材料,制备粉体所需的工艺区别较大。为制备符合要求的合金钢粉末,本文对该材料的球磨工艺进行了研究。结果表明:对于合金钢粉末,干磨的效率明显低于湿磨,在采用干磨工艺时,粉体粒度有一个先增大后减小的过程;在球磨工艺一定时,高能球磨法所能达到的细化效果有限。 High energy ball milling is an important method to make ultra-fine powder.The technique is differ to different ma- terials.In order to make the alloy steel powder which conform to our need,the technique of high energy ball mill is studied.The results show that the efficency of dry-milling is lower than wet- milling.The effect is limited by the same technic.
