金刚石磨具钎焊工艺研究 被引量:18

摘要 采用Ni-Cr合金粉末做钎料,利用800W YAG固体激光器,适当控制钎焊工艺,实现了金刚石与钢基体的牢固焊接。分析了钎料与金刚石之间的界面反应,探讨了钎料与金刚石界面处碳化物的形成机理,进行了磨削实验。结果表明,当激光输入焦比能为0.05-0.06 kJ/mm^2时,金刚石磨粒与基体之间有着较高的结合强度,磨粒的利用率高,金刚石磨粒在整个加工过程中没有出现脱落的情况。 In the present paper, through properly controlling the processing parameters, a firm bonding between diamond grain and steel substrate was realized by using a 800 W YAG Laser with powdered brazing filler metal of alloy Ni-Cr. A grinding experiment was performed. The results showed that a high-strength bonding between diamond grain and steel substrate could be achieved when laser beam energy input at per unit area ( E ) was 0.05 - 0.06 k J/mm^2. The diamond grits were used efficiently. No diamond grains were pulled off during grinding experiment.
