从废钢渣制备高效絮凝剂处理废水的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以废钢渣为原料制备复合型高效絮凝剂聚硫酸铁(PF-1),对其进行了处理废水试验,对各种影响絮凝作用的因素进行了系统研究,找出PF-1絮凝剂处理啤酒生产废水的最佳条件。通过对比试验结果表明,由废钢渣为原料制得的产品PF-1比聚合硫酸铁(PFS)处理废水效果更佳。 A new type of inorganic - inorganic composite high - molecular flocculant ( PF - 1 ) was used in the experimental treatment of beer factory wastewater. Flocculation condition optimization tests and flocculation efficiency comparision tests were carried out. The results show that the flocculation efficiency of PF - 1 is dosed related to the dosage of PF - 1 and wastewater pH. The results of the flocculation experiments for treating waste water showed that the performance of PF - 1 prepared from steel scraps was much better than that of PFS.
