摘要
本试验对红瑞木硬枝扦插技术与插穗生根成活的关系进行了研究。结果表明,枝条中部的插穗生根率明显高于梢部和基部插穗的生根率;插穗长度以20 cm的生根效果最佳;生长调节剂处理以200μg/g的IBA和100μg/g的ABT1生根粉促进插穗生根效果最好;扦插基质以河沙最佳;经低温沙藏处理的插穗生根效果显著优于阳畦倒置催根插穗;在插穗生根过程中,定期浇灌营养液对促进插穗生根效果十分显著。
It is studied the relationship between the hardwood cutting techniques of Comus alba L and the rooting survival of the cutting shoot. The results show that the rooting rate of the cutting shoot from the middle of the branch is much higher than that from the top or the bottom of the branch. Among the different cutting shoot length, the 20 cm branch gains the best rooting rate. During the auxin treatment, 200 μg/g IBA promotes the rooting most efficiently, which is slightly better than that of 100 μg/g ABT1treatment. As for the rooting media, the river sand is the best. And rooting of the cutting shoots treated by low temperature sand storage is significantly better than that of upending the cutting shoots method. The rooting rate is also obviously improved by continuous liquid nutrition given.
