摘要
目的对乙酸乙酯多级逆流萃取法从金银花粗粉中提取高纯绿原酸的工艺过程进行理论分析和实验验证。方法通过对相比n,萃取级数N,萃取液pH等对萃取效果影响的探讨,确定逆流萃取操作的最佳工艺参数。结果萃取液酸度在2.0左右,相比为1.5∶1,采用三级逆流萃取操作可得到纯度为83.46%(UV测定)的绿原酸产品,总绿原酸收率可达70.31%。结论采用醋酸乙酯多级逆流萃取可以由金银花粗粉制备高纯绿原酸。
Objective The multistage countercurrent extraction of chlorogenic acid (CGA) from Flos Lonicerae extract powder with ethyl acetate as the extraetant was theoretically analyzed and experimentally proved. Methods The purity of the product and recovery rate of CGA was discussed by changing the number of stages, the ratio of phases and the acidity of solution to ascertain the optimal operation parameters of the process. Results The results showed that the optimal condition was: phase ratio = 1.5 : 1, pH = 2.0, the number of stages =3. At this condition, the purity of product obtained was as high as 83.46% (UV) with a reeovery rate of 70. 31%. Conclusion The methad is available to obtain high purity ehlorogenic acid from Flos Lonieerae extract powder.
