摘要
目的筛选何首乌中大黄素提取的最佳工艺条件。方法根据何首乌中大黄素的理化性质,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、加入盐酸量3个因素,进行正交优化实验。结果用10倍量70%乙醇和占溶液体积15%的1%HC l回流提取0.5 h的提取方法可以获得较高的大黄素提取率。结论溶剂浓度、加入盐酸量对何首乌中大黄素的提取效率有较大影响。
Objective To research and choose the best technology , conditions for estracting emod, in from Radix Polygoni Multiflori. Methods According to physicochemical character of emodin from Radix Polygoni Multiflori, orthogonal design and tests of extract technology for emodin were carried out, and three factors were chosen such as quantity of ethyl alcohol, extracting time and the quantity of HCl, three levels of each factor were used for orthogonal design and test. Results The optimal coditions were to extract refluently with 70% alcohol as much as ten times of the medicine amount for 0.5 and add 1% HCl as much as 15% of the solvent. Conclusion The quantity of solvent and the puls quantity of HCl have a great influence upon the extracting efficiency of emodin.
