摘要
目的通过对麝香乌龙丸抗炎、镇痛的药理研究,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法建立小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足跖肿胀、佐剂性关节炎和棉球肉芽肿炎症模型,研究其抗炎作用;采用小鼠扭体法和热板法,观察其镇痛作用。结果对小鼠耳廓炎症、大鼠足跖肿胀、佐剂性关节炎、棉球肉芽肿等均有明显抑制作用(P<0.01);能明显抑制炎性渗出液和白细胞趋化,并能明显减少冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数、延长扭体出现时间和显著提高小鼠热板痛阈值(P<0.01)。结论麝香乌龙丸有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To study the anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects of Musk- Aconite- Earthworm Pill(MAEP) to provide an experimental foundation for clinical application. Methods The anti - inflammatory effect was determined with the models of the swelling of mouse ear, the rat carrageenin paw edema, adjuvant arthritis and the cotton ball like granuloma of mouse. The analgesic effect was determined with mouse writhing test and the hot plate test. Results The MAEP could lessen the oedema of mouseg ears and toes, decrease swelling of joints, inhibit inflammatory disease and the granuloma hyperplasia(P 〈 0.01 ). It could depress inflammatory exudates and leukocyte chemotaxis, reduce the writhing times causing by glacial acetic acid, decrease mouse threshold induced by heat stimulation (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Musk - Aconite - Earthworm Pill possesses the analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects.
