抗衰老软胶囊中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定

Determination of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Antiaging Soft Capusles

目的 2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法学考察。方法 用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定抗衰老软胶囊中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量,流动相为乙腈-水（17∶83）,检测波长320 nm。结果 范围为0.355~284μg/m l,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.73%。结论 该方法比较简单可靠,可用于制剂的质量控制。

Objective To determine 2,3,5,4＇ -tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Radix multiflori in Antiaging Soft Capusles. Methods HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis using acetonitrile：water（ 17： 83） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results 2,3,5,4＇ -tetrahydroxystilbene -2-O-β-D-glucoside was linear within the range of 0.355 - 284μg/ml with a correlation cofficient of 0. 9999. The average recovery was 97.7% and RSD was 1.73 %. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, reliable, accuate and practical in quality control of Antiaging Soft Capusles.
