摘要
目的建立银翘散的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法采用梯度洗脱法对银翘散进行HPLC测定,流动相为0.05%磷酸-甲醇梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 ml.min-1,检测波长为279 nm。结果运用梯度洗脱能较好的分离银翘散水煎提取物的主要成分;经方法学考察,HPLC指纹图谱具有良好的重现性:10个不同地区的样品中18个特征指纹峰有专属性。结论建立的银翘散HPLC指纹图谱分析法为银翘散及其制剂的质量的评价奠定了基础。
Objective To establish the HPLC - FPC of YinQiaosan. Methods The gradient elution was adopted elution with methanol and- 0.05% phoshoric acid, the flow rate was 0.8 ml· min^-1 ,and the detection wavelength was at 279 nm. Results The constituents of YinQiaosan were well separated on HPLC and the HPLC - FPC of l0 batches of samples was established. The results showed that this method had a good repeatability and the 18 common peaks had an exclusive properties. Conclusion The method developed can supply the foundation for the quality evaluation of YinQiaosan and relative substance conveniently,
