摘要
目的优选淡水贝类多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法采用水提法,以多糖含量为指标,利用正交实验法对提取过程中的醇沉浓度、浸提温度、浸提比及浸提时间4个因素进行优选研究。结果最佳提取条件为:加无水乙醇至醇沉浓度为75%,浸提温度60℃,浸提比1∶2,浸提时间6 h。结论优化的淡水贝类水提醇沉工艺简便,合理,可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of shellfish polysaccharide. Methods Taking the content of polysaccharide as an index, four technological factors of water extraction process, ie, alcohol strength, extraction temperature, water volume used and extraction time were optimized by orthogonal test. Results The ideal extraction process was as follows- dehydrated alcohol was added to the fluid until the alcohol content up to 75% ; extraction with 60℃; extraction with water for two times; each extraction running 6 hours. Conclusion The optimum extracting procedure simple, reasonable and reliable.
