摘要
目的研究明目宽中颗粒的制备、质量控制并进行临床疗效观察。方法确定处方组成和制备工艺,并按《中国药典》项下规定进行质量控制。结果用明目宽中颗粒治疗老年性黄斑变性患者168例,328只眼,总有效率为88.1%。结论明目宽中颗粒疗效肯定,制剂稳定,服用携带方便,无毒副作用,宜于长期服用,有临床推广价值。
Objective To study Mingmukuanzhong Granule＇s production, quality control and its clinic application . Methods To choose the ingredients of prescription, and carry out quality control according to China＇s Medicine Requirements. Results Using Mingmukuanzhong Grannule to cure senile macular degeneration , 168 cases ,328 eyes. The total efficiency was 88.1 percent. Conclusion The curative effect of Mingmukuanzhong Granule is stable and its ingredients are steady. It is easy to carry out and has no side-effect. It is suitable to take for long term and worthwhile popularizing.
