My View on Germany's Vocational Education

德国的职业教育分职业学校(Berufsschule)、专业高级中学(Fachoberschule)、职业专业学校(Berufsfachschulen)、技师学院(Technikerschule)和应用科技大学(Fachhochschule,FH)等不同类型,它们注重个人发展的差异,实施因材施教,特别是德国的应用科技大学(FH)更具特色,享誉世界。相对而言,我国的高等职业教育还面临许多问题亟待解决。

There are different types of vocational education such as vocational school （Berufsschule）, specialized senior middle school （Berufsfachschulen）, technician institute （Technikerschule）, and university of applied sciences （Fachhochschule） in Germany. They emphasize the difference of individual development and students are taught according to their aptitudes. Furthermore, the university of applied sciences （Fachhochschule, FH） has more distinct features and enjoys high reputation all over the world. Compared with Germany, there are many problems that have to be settled urgently in China.
