角膜厚度与高眼压症及正常人眼压的关系探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高眼压症与正常人的角膜厚度差异,分析角膜厚度与眼压间的关系。方法用超声波角膜测厚仪检测36例高眼压症和64例正常人的角膜厚度,并将其测定结果进行比较。结果正常组的中央角膜厚度值变异幅度大,高眼压组的中央角膜厚度明显高于正常组测量值(P<0.001),与压平眼压值成正相关(r=0.364,t=3.761,P<0.001)。结论正常眼的中央角膜厚度变异幅度大,高眼压症的中央角膜厚度高于正常眼,与眼压呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between central corneal thickness (CCT) and intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with ocular hypertension ( OH ) and normal subjects. Methods The CCT was measured in 36 cases with OH and 50 normal subjects with an ultrasonic pachymeter. The data observed were compared. Results The CCT of OH subjects was significantly thicker than that of normal subjects ( P 〈 0.001 ). The CCT was positively correlated with IOP ( r = 0. 364, t = 3. 761, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion There was a large variation in CCT of normal subjects and CCT is significantly thicker in OH subjects. CCT is significantly positively correlated with IOP.
