摘要
在简要介绍了渤海湾曹妃甸11-1/2油田FPSO的工程背景基础上,从油田生产管理者的角度入手,以多元文化多方合作为背景,对该项目在建造、安装和调试期间的健康安全环保管理、团队协作、工程费用、质量和进度控制以及操作队伍的前期介入等几个方面进行了总结。该项目的成功管理为该油田一期开发的顺利进行奠定了基础,同时也为我国海洋石油FPSO产业的发展积累了宝贵经验,并成为在双赢模式下中外合作开发海上油田的范例。
This paper gives a brief introduction of engineering background of HYSY112 FPSO for CFD11- 1/2 oilfield in Bohai Bay. From oilfield management's point of view, a summary is given on EHS, team work, engineering cost/quality/schedule control and operations team participation among the multi-cultural team. Successful project management founded a base for the first phase of CFD11-1/2 oilfield development, supplied a reference and experience for future FPSOs, and became a model for joint-venture offshore oilfield development.
