王维生平与唐代制度考论——兼与陈铁民《考证》、《也谈》二文商榷

A Textual Research on Wang Wei's Life Story and Systems of the Tang Dynasty——a discussion with Chen Tiemin about his two related articles

通过着眼于唐代制度中的刑法、职官、休假、考课等制度,对存在于王维生平中因“黄狮子案”之被定性,王维因唐玄宗大赦天下是否可享受“转勋”的晋级待遇,以及唐代的休假制是否可使王维“亦官亦隐”等问题,均进行了翔实具体之考察,不仅纠正了存在于王维生平研究中的有关错误,而且也使王维的生平事迹得以更为清晰之展现。

With a view to the systems of criminal law, of officials and officers, of vacations, of examinations, a full and accurate investigation was made into the problems of whether the determination of nature of the case of ＂yellow lion＂ that existed in Wang Wei＇s life could make it possible for Wang Wei to enjoy a promotion because of the general amnesty granted by Xuan Zong of the Tang Dynasty, whether the system of vacation could make it possible for Wang Wei to become an official out of power yet with pay. The paper has not only corrected the errors in the study of Wang Wei＇s life story but also opened out a clearer story of him.
