摘要 人工砂石料质量在生产过程中会受到设备、材料、工艺、人、环境等多种因素的影响,控制好成品砂石料质量是砂石加工系统管理中的关键。在麻村砂石加工系统生产初期,料场开采受夹泥层及风化石等影响,骨料含泥较重;系统采用立轴冲击式破碎机制砂细度模数偏高、石粉含量低且不稳定、含水量不易控制。通过对设备、人、材料、工艺、环境等各种因素进行全面试验和分析,找出关键原因并针对性地采取了多项控制措施,使成品砂石料质量满足规范及合同要求。 As the quality of artificial aggregate is affected by equipment, material, technology, man, environment, etc during its production process, the quality control over finished aggregate plays a key role in the management of aggregate processing system. During the initial production stage of Macun aggregate processing systern, the aggregates contain a lot of mud because the exploration of material yard is influenced by silt-laden layer and weathered rock. The aggregate produced by vertical shaft impact crusher in the system has a relatively high fineness modulus, a low and unsteady stone powder content, and a moisture content hard to control. Test and analysis on equipment, man, material, technology, environment, etc are made to find out the causes and to adopt a number of controlling measures accordingly, which makes the quality of finished aggregate meet standards and contract requirements.
