国有资产管理法制化建设探析

Exploring on Legislation to State-owned Property Management

国有资产管理是我国当前经济改革的重点,改革开放以来,我国的国有资产管理经过不断的改革和探索,逐渐摸索出了一套符合中国实际的管理模式。但就现行的国有资产管理而言,还存在很多问题,需要进一步的完善。以法制化完善国有资产管理是我国依法治国方略的体现,据此,文章就国有资产管理主体、国有资产客体、国有资产管理绩效评价和国有资产管理立法的法制化做了一定的探讨。

State-owned property management is key point in our state economy reform nowadays. From the reform and open policy on, we have established a set of state-owned property management mode matching with China＇s practice after continual reform and investigation. But regarding to current state-owned property management mode, there are some problems which should be further perfected. Perfecting state-owned property management with legislation is accordance with our state strategy of managing state by law. Therefore, this essay has tentatively discussed legislation on managers of state-owned property, objects of state-owned property, evaluation to state-owned property management performance and law-making on state-owned property management.
