摘要
民营景区培育核心能力有独立发展、战略联盟、购并培育三种模式,选择好与核心能力战略相吻合的资源与整合方式是培育的关键。民营景区在发展的不同阶段,应该选择不同的核心能力培育模式。
Independent cultivation,Strategic Alliance,M&A are three kinds of patters for private-operated scenic areas to cultivate theirs core competence. Choosing a way of resource integration comforting with core-competence strategy is a key to cultivate. Private-operated scenic areas should choose different cultivation pattern and resource integration way on different development stage.
