关于文化馆发展建设的思考

Thinking of the Development and Construction of Culture Centre

文化馆的发展建设,由于体制的原因,受经费、人才、设备、管理等诸多方面的制约,加之市场经济和大众娱乐文化的冲击,不但使各项群众文化活动的开展增加了诸多困难,而且政府和老百姓对文化馆的认同感也越来越低。笔者通过多年实践,从四个方面阐述了如何摆脱这种困境的几种思考和建议。其中最重要的是在各级政府的支持下,不断创新平台、创新机制,积极努力地去探索、去思考、去扎扎实实地工作,从而提高文化馆的社会价值,使之得到健康有序的持续发展。

Due to the system ,the restriction of capital,professional talents,facilities and management,as well as the strike of Market economy and culture of popular entertainment.The development and construction of culture centre pose many difficulties for the people＇s culture movement.In addition,it also declines the agreement of government and common people with the culture centre.Through several years of experiments,I state some pieces of advice on how to overcome such situation. The first and most important is the support of government, we must constantly innovate plat form,innovate system,devote ourselves to exploring and thinking actively and doing our task conscientiously so as to improve the society value of culture centre and make sure of its healthy,sustainable development.
