摘要
介绍了一种汽车起动机定子线圈整体绝缘处理的新工艺。用此新工艺处理的起动机进行性能测试和路试，其性能符合汽车起动机国标ZBT35001—87的技术要求。与老工艺相比，新工艺可形成流水线生产，生产率高，能耗和物耗低，节约工时，简化生产工序。
A new technology of whole body insulation treatment of automobile initiating motor stator coil has been developed. The performance of foe initiating motor treated with the new technology, tested in lab and in place is in accordance with the National Standards of ZBT 35001-87. Compared to the traditional process, the new process is featured by its capability of runing in production line, high productivity, lower energy and malerlal consumption, less man -- hour, and simplification of production process.
