The automatic high speed static spin cup spray system is mainly described, which is featured by its ensure of uality coating result and effectiveness, easy application and safety. The design plan of coating lines for 60 thousand and 120 thousand drivers cab production anually in Dongfeng Automobile COmpany were described. The design parameters, coating facilities, processes and pro cess technology were given.
