工业建筑使用维护技术指南的探索与实践

RESEARCH AND PRACTICE ON GUIDELINES TO USE AND MAINTENANCE OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

对于规模化的既有工业建筑而言,保证其可靠性的第一道也是最重要的一道屏障是企业的管理;但在我国目前的规范体系中,缺乏适合企业使用的建筑物使用维护技术指南。提出制定工业建筑使用维护技术指南的基本思想,并简要介绍在单层钢结构工业厂房方面的实践工作,内容包括指南的定位,制定指南的原则,分级控制的原则,评定的指标体系和标准,以及制定的单层钢结构工业厂房使用维护技术指南的基本内容。

The enterprise management is the first protective umbrella for ensuring the reliability of scaled existing industrial buildings, and it may be the most significant one in a certain sense. But in the code framework in China now, less work has been devoted to establish the technical guidelines for building＇s application and maintenance which are available for the enterprise. It is presented the basic idea of technical guidelines for industrial building＇ s application and maintenance , and briefly introduced the practice work about it, including the destination and principle of the guide, approach of classification control, and index system and standard for assessment. At the same time, the main contents of the guidelines are also given.
