利骨素加强尼尔雌醇防治去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢紊乱的作用 被引量:2

摘要 用测定骨元素含量的方法,分析了尼尔雌醇及联合应用尼尔雌醇和利骨素对去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢的影响。将健康4月龄雌性SD大鼠32只随机分成4组。A组:假去卵巢组;B组:去卵巢组;C组:去卵巢+CCE3(全量)组;D组:去卵巢+CCE3(半量)+利骨素。结果表明,去卵巢大鼠骨Ca、Mg、S、Mn、Zn等含量显著降低,P含量显著增加。单纯应用CCE3或联合应用CCE3和利骨素均可使去卵巢大鼠降低的骨Ca、Mg、S、Mn、Zn等含量显著回升,P含量显著回降,而后者使去卵巢大鼠降低的骨Ca、Mg、Zn、Co等含量回升的作用优于单纯应用CCE3,说明联合应用CCE3和利骨素对抗去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢紊乱的作用强于单纯应用CCE3。提示利骨素可加强尼尔雌醇防治去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢紊乱的作用。 To investigate the influence of drug and exercise on bone minerial element metabolism in ovariectomized rats, 32 female Sprague--Dawley (SD) rats were divided into 4 groups. A. Sham ovariectomy; B. Ovariectomy ; C: CCE3 intake after OVX; D. Combined CCE3 and Ligusu after OVX. The results Show that (1) Ca, Mg, S, Mn, Zn reduce obviously and P increases in the bone of the OVX rats. (2) CCE3 or combined CCE3 and Ligusu opposes the changes of Ca, Mg, S, Mn, Zn and P in the bone of the OVX rats. corcludes CCE3 or combined CCE3 and Ligusu oppose the changes of Ca, Mg, S, Mn, Zn and P in the bone of the OVX rats and Ligusu strengthens the effect of treating.
