3006例妇女乳腺病情况分析

The Situation Analysis on 3006 Example Woman Mastopathy

为通过普查，使妇女乳腺病早发现，早治疗，2004年6月至2006年5月，对惠州市区机关，企业单位和常住人口的妇女3006例进行了乳腺普查，主要方式有望诊，触诊，B超，红外线乳腺检查仪，病理检查等手段。结果表明，患乳腺疾病人数为1352例，患病率为44．82％，其中乳腺小叶增生1140例，乳腺纤维瘤81例，乳腺多发性囊肿89例，溢乳症27例，乳腺炎10例，乳腺癌5例。乳腺增生症、多发性囊肿、纤维瘤患病率为30～49岁年龄组较高。乳腺癌患病率为30岁以上年龄组较高，5例乳腺癌患者均为此年龄段，经对照分析有显著的差异。建议：加大妇女乳腺疾病普查普治工作力度，坚持乳腺疾病宣传，加强广大妇女自我保健意识，达到降低乳腺疾病发病率，提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率。

To discover and heal mostopathy disease in the early times, 3006 persons of the urban district institution, the enterprise unit and the resident population woman, were sur5 veyed during the years from June 2004 to May 2006. The main method are the observation of patient＇s complexion, the palpation, B ultra, infrared mammary gland inspection tester, pathology inspectionand so on. The result shows there are 1 352 examples have mammary gland disease, the prevalence rate is 44. 82%. And for those 1 352 examples, there are 1 140 have mammary gland small leaf proliferation disease; 81 have mammary gland fibroma disease; 89 have mammary gland sends the cystdisease; 27 have overflows the breast sicknessdisease; 10 have mastitis disease; 5 have breast cancer. Women of the age around 30 to 49 are easy to get the disease like the mammary gland proliferation sickness, sends the cyst, the fibroma prevalence. And those five patients who have breast cancer in this research, are all in this age range. After the check analysis, the 5 patients have aremarkable difference. It concluded society should strengthen people＇s concept of the woman mammary gland disease, let them pay attention to this disease and the general self-health care consciousness as well. Then it is believed that this can help women to get the disease. Also, from the general survey, the disease can be found in advance.
