头颈癌生命质量测定量表FACT-H&N的信度与效度多因素分析

Multiple factors analysis for the reliability and validity of FACT-H&N on chinese quality of life instruments for patients with head and neck cancer

目的通过多因素分析,对中文版头颈癌生命质量测定量表FACT-H&N的信度与效度进行评价。方法采用因子分析和聚类分析对用FACT-H&N测定的133例头颈癌患者生命质量进行分析,对FACT-H&N量表结构效度进行评价。结果因子分析和聚类分析表明调查分析结果和理论构想基本吻合。4个领域的重测信度均在0.90以上;各领域内部一致性信度的α值均在0.7以上。结论FACT-H&N中文版具有较好的信度和结构效度,可用于中国头颈癌患者的生命质量测定。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and structural validity of the Chinese quality of life instruments for patients with head and neck cancer （FACT-H＆N） by multiple factor analysis, Methods QOL data was measured from 133 in-patients of head and neck cancer by using Chinese quality of life instruments of FACT-H＆N for patients with head and neck cancer, The factor analysis combined with the cluster analysis were used to evaluate the structural validity of the scale. Results The re- suits of factor analysis and cluster analysis indicated that the results were coincide6t with the theoretical scheme. The test-retest reliability for 4 domains were above 0, 9 and the internal consistency ot for each domain was higher than 0.7. Conclusion The Chinese quality of life instruments of FACT-H＆N for patients with head and neck cancer could be used to measure QOL for Chinese patients with head and neck cancer with better reliability and structural validity.
