目的寻找适合基层医院评价住院医生工作量的单指标统计方法。方法采用对比分析法,以病床周转次数、平均住院日、病床使用率为对比指标,阐明每天平均病程记录次数是评价住院医生工作量的正性指标。结果每天平均病程记录次数不仅能评价正常情况下住院医生的工作量,还能评价因收治急、危、重病人所增加的工作量,并能反映出经管医生存在的抢签名现象。结论每天平均病程记录次数是一种操作简单、适合基层医院评价住院医生工作量的科学方法。

Objective To explore the proper single index statistic method for evaluating workload of residents in town hospitals. Methods Using contrasting analysis and taking turnover and usage rate of ward-beds, average hospitalized days as contrasting indices, it can be elucidated that frequency of daily progress note is the positive index to evaluate workload of residents. Results Frequency of daily progress note can not only evaluate the workload of residents in routine condition, but also the workload increased by accepting patients of emergency and severity and the phenomenon of doctors competing to sign their names on medical records is reflected. Conclusion Frequency of daily progress note is an easy and simple method for evaluating the workload of residents in primary hospitals.
