目的建立军队医院后勤保障社会化质量控制联立模型,探讨提高军队医院后勤保障社会化质量控制措施。方法计量经济学联立模型。结果以服务对象满意度、服务手段完好率和职业道德达标率为因变量的3个方程均有统计学意义,均方百分比误差(RMS)均小于5%。结论影响军队医院后勤保障社会化质量的因素比较多,在质量控制过程中要关注多方面的影响因素。

Objective Economic simultaneous equations of military hospital logistics were set up to get the measures of enhancing the socializing quality. Methods Economic simultaneous equations were used. Results The equations of 3 independent variables have statistic signification, their RMSs are all less than 5 %. Conclusion The factors that influence the military hospital logistics socializing were much more, we should control the quality in many ways.
