2001—2005年17960例恶性肿瘤住院病例统计分析

Statistical analysis about 17960 malignant tumors cases from 2001 to 2005

目的分析恶性肿瘤病人的性别、年龄及部位构成,为防治恶性肿瘤和专科建设提供参考。方法对我院2001—2005年恶性肿瘤病例资料进行回顾性调查和分析,运用Excel进行统计处理。结果5年来我院共收治恶性肿瘤17960例,在疾病谱顺位中排名第2。其中,男女性别比为1.6∶1,45岁以上的中老年人占总数的79.8%,男性恶性肿瘤病种构成前5位分别是胃、支气管肺、白血病、食管、肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤,女性分别是白血病、乳房、胃、女性生殖器官、支气管肺恶性肿瘤,而白血病的人数居儿童组、青少年组的首位。支气管肺恶性肿瘤、白血病死亡人数最多。结论我院恶性肿瘤病人呈逐年增长的趋势,肿瘤发病存在性别、年龄差异。依据肿瘤发病特征对高危人群做好防治工作是降低发病率、提高生存率的关键。

Objective To analyze the malignant tumor patients＇ gender,age and the composing of body position, providing a reference of prevention and curing malignant tumor, as well as specialized subject construction. Methods Retrospective investigation and analysis about malignant tumor cases from 2001 to 2005 in our hospital are conducted, which can be processed with statistic by EXCEL. Results Five years ago, there have been about malignant tumor patients in our hospital in total, which ranks the second place on disease register. Among them, the proportion of male and female is 1.6： 1, the middle-aged and the old person over the age of 45 years old account for 78.9% of total amount, the five top male malignant tumor diseases are stomach,bronchia lung,leukemia,oesophagus,liver and gallbladder tube inside liver, while the five top female malignant tumor diseases are leukemia,breast, stomach, female genitalia and bronchia lung. What＇s more, the number of leukemia in children and youth is always on the first place. The number of death people due to bronchia lung malignant tumor and leukemia is most. Conclusion The trend of the number of malignant tumor patients in our hospital is increasing year by year, there are both sex and age differences in the tumor outbreak. The key to decreasing rate of diseases, increasing rate of existence depends on the work of prevention and curing the dangerous patients, which according to the characteristic tumor outbreak.
