用CD率校正指标值综合评价科室工作情况

An evaluation of clinical departments with CD rate as a correction factor

目的探讨用CD率校正指标值对临床科室进行合理评价。方法用CD率对指标值进行校正,正向指标校正值=原始评价指标值×CD率/CD率最大值,反向指标校正值=原始评价指标值×CD率最小值/CD率。采用秩和比法对校正后的指标进行综合评价。结果CD率校正后评价结果显示科室排位在前3位的为妇科、肝胆外科、胃肠外科,排在后3位的为计生科、眼科、脊柱外科。结论排位结果较符合实际情况,CD率能起较好的校正作用。

Objective To explore a sound evaluation of clinical departments by using RSR method with CD rate as the correction factor. Methods Using CD rate as the correction factor of comprehensive evaluation method, （ the correction value of high priority index） = （the initial value of the index） x CD%/（ max of CD% ） , （the correction value of low priority index） = （ the initial value of the index） x （ min of CD% ）/CD%. Results By using CD rate as the correction factor , we got the results that the first three departments were department of gynecology, hepatobiliary surgery and neurosurgery. Conclusion The results correspond with the actuality, CD rate can provide corrective action.
