某医院2000—2006年医疗质量的综合评价

A comprehensive evaluation on the medical work quality of a hospital from 1994 to 2003

目的掌握近年来医疗质量变化的规律,为医院制定工作计划提供科学的决策依据。方法选择某医院2000—2006年医疗统计报表中有代表性的指标,根据数据特点选择合适的指标规范化方法,然后采用TOPSIS法进行指标的合成,得出该院7年来各年的综合评价值。结果该医院医疗质量2005年最好,从总体看,该院的医疗质量呈逐年提高趋势。结论综合评价结果与实际相符,为以后合理安排医疗工作提供了参考。

Objective To master the variation of medical treatment quality in the recent years and offer the decisionmaking bases for the hospital working plans. Methods The representative indexes were chosen from statistical reports of medical treatment in recent 7 years. Then the proper method to standardize the indexes was chosen according to characteristics of data. And TOPSIS method was used to synthesize the standardized indexes. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation result of the 7 years comes out. Results The medical treatment quality in 2005 was the best. From an overall perspective, the hospital＇s medical quality was improving year by year. Conclusion Evaluation results are in line with the actuality, so it can be used as the references for reasonable arrangements of future medical treatment work.
