摘要
通过工程实例,从方案设计、施工、检测等三个方面简要介绍了注浆技术在浙赣线K311+875~K312+871岩溶路基病害整治中的应用。方案设计主要包括浆液扩散半径、浆液配合比、注浆压力的确定及注浆量的计算;施工主要从施工顺序、施工工艺、注浆过程中的异常情况、处理措施及特殊孔注浆等几个方面进行阐述;检测注浆效果的主要方法包括钻探取芯、压水试验、物探面波检测。
This paper deals with the injection technology in treatment of bed damage of Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway in a karst area, from schematic design, construction, and cheek up of result. The schematic design include dispersion radius of pulp, ratio of pulp and water, and injection pressure and amount. The construction include its sequence, technique, abnormal conditions and countermeasures during injection, and special injection holes. The result checking up include core drilling , water injecting test, and surface wave probing.
