摘要
针对华亭煤内水质量分数高,难以制备高质量分数水煤浆,通过筛选了NDF系列和WHK复配型2类4种添加剂,考察了添加剂种类、添加量、煤粉级配、粒径分布和磨机负荷对制浆质量分数的影响,其目的是探索提高制浆质量分数的有效途径。结果表明,添加剂对制浆质量分数提高的顺序为NDF-10>NDF-02>NDF-01>WHK,控制添加剂比率为0.3%—0.4%,煤粉粗细比为1.5—1.6,磨机负荷为30 t/h时,水煤浆质量分数可高达71.5%,该研究表明,通过添加剂的改性和工艺条件的优化,可在工业生产中获得高质量分数的水煤浆。
Aiming at the problem for preparing high mass fraction coal-water slurry from Huating coal due to its high water mass fraction, and based on the characteristics of Huating coal, the four types of additives in two categories of NDF-series and WHK were selected so as to find out the influence of the additive characteristics, additive ratio, coal powder ratio, particle size distribution and mill load on the mass fraction of the slurry. The result shows that the sequence of the slurrying mass fraction with different additives is NDF-10 〉 NDF-02 〉 NDF-01 〉 WHK, the proper additive ratio is 0.3% -0.4%, the crude/fine powder ratio is about 1.5 to 1.6 and the mill load is 30 t/h, and the slurry mass fraction can reach as high as 71.5%. The experiment indicates that through the renovation of additive and optimizing the operation conditions, the high mass fraction coal-water slurry can be got in the industrial production.
