摘要
从学习型领导班子及学习型专业技术队伍的创建、员工培训建设的加强三方面对如何强化企业创新理念、营造快乐学习理念进行了分析探讨,指出企业必须牢牢抓住发展契机,以市场为导向,用创新做先锋,实行人性化管理,以促进企业的可持续发展。
From establishment of learning lead group and professional skill group as well as strengthening of staff training construction, it analyzes and discusses on how to strengthen innovated concept of enterprises and creating happy-learning concept, points out that enterprises should grasp the developing chances tightly, led by market, guarded by innovation, humanic management should be operated in order to promote the sustainable development for enterprises.
