介绍了价值工程的定义,分析了价值工程的基本原理,研究了民用建筑施工组织设计中应用价值工程的意义,探讨了价值工程在民用建筑施工阶段成本控制的作用,从而为施工企业节约成本、增加利润。
The definition of value engineering is introduced. Based upon analysis of the principle of value engineering the significance of the application of value engineering in construction cost control of civil architecture is discussed as well as its actions in cost control in order to save cost and increase economic benefits for enterprises.
