耐“NaClO+NaCl”复合介质新型双相不锈钢的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON A NEW DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL USED FOR CORROSION RESISTANCE IN "NaClO+NaCl"COMPLEX MEDIUM

摘要 设计了新型双相不锈钢的组织与化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、电子探针(EMPA)、扫描电镜(SEM)和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了新型钢的组织与腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,该钢经1050℃×2h水冷固溶处理后,其组织明显细化与均匀化,具有良好的耐均匀腐蚀性能,较好的抗晶间腐蚀与抗点蚀能力。此外,新型钢还具有较好的综合力学性能与满意的冶炼、铸造和焊接等工艺性能。 The microstructure and chemical composition of a new duplex-phase stainless steel were designed. Metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction spectrum, EMPA,SEM and several kinds of corrosion test methods were applied to investigate the microstructure and corrosion behaviour of the new steel. Experimental results show that the microstructure can be remarkably refined and well-distributed of the new steel after solution heat treatemnt at 1050 C for 2h, the steel possesses good uniform corrosion resistance, better intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion resistance. In addition,the new steel has also better synthetical mechanical properties and good technological properties of melting, casting and welding et al.
