摘要
介绍了犁侧板的结构形式及其配置方式,分析了犁侧板在纵向垂直平面内的配置对犁耕深稳定性的影响。同时,重点介绍了犁侧板在水平面内的配置方式及其对犁耕宽稳定性的影响。通过对犁侧板的受力分析和计算,得出了犁的横向平衡的判断条件,从而得出不同的犁侧板的安装方式使犁产生偏角的计算公式。
This paper introduces the structure and allocation mode of plow landsite, analyzes the influence of allocation of plow landsite in the vertical planar to the stability of cultivating depth of plow. Meanwhile, the allocation mode of plow landsite in horizontal and its influence on the stability of cultivating width of plow are accounted for in detail. Through analyzing and calculating the forces to the plow landsite, the judgment conditions of the horizontal balance of plow are achieved. Then, the computing formulas of different assembly modes of plow landsite, which make the plow appearing deflection angle, are deduced.
